Doctor Who to begin filming in 2 weeks
Work on the new season, the last for producer Steven Moffat, gets underway shortly.

Filming for the next season of Doctor Who will begin in two week’s time.
The news was revealed by Peter Capaldi at Comic Con in Dallas.

The new season will introduce new companion Pearl Mackie, and marks the final season helmed by Steven Moffat, before handing over the reins to Chris Chibnall.
This year sees only a Christmas special for Doctor Who with series ten set to arrive in 2017.

I’m still not convinced on the whole ‘needing to delay the show until next year’ thing.
I thought they had already started filming given the teaser we got, but I guess that was part of the Christmas special, shame we have 6 more months to wait for that!
