Married at First Sight couple Christie Jordee and Mark Hughes have called it quits.

Their parting leaves one couple standing from the 2016 series, Erin and Bryce.

Sydney-based Christie and farmer Mark in regional Victoria told Woman’s Day, “We were starting to fall in love but our heads got in front of our hearts.”

Both had previously noted distance had proven to be an ongoing challenge to their relationship.

But New Idea quotes another woman who had allegedly been exchanging texts with Mark.

Meanwhile 2015 couple Zoe Hendrix and Alex Garner recently announced they are expecting their first child.
