Season Three premiere of US drama The Last Ship was held over following the mass shootings in Orlando.
The episode features a gunman opening fire in a Vietnamese nightclub, killing many people.
“As a result of the shootings this weekend in Orlando, tonight’s originally scheduled season premiere of The Last Ship has been postponed,” TNT said in a statement. “Our hearts are with the victims and their families.”
The Last Ship, a post-apocalyptic drama that centres on the aftermath of a global viral pandemic that wipes out over 80 percent of the world’s population, screens in Australia on Stan.
50 people died, and another 53 were injured after a gunman opened fire and seizes hostages at a gay nightclub, Pulse.
