TEN has now revealed its 22 Bachelorettes competing in Season 4 of The Bachelor Australia.

Aged from 23 to 34, they are on a quest to win the affections of former Bachelorette contestant, Richie Strahan.

They are:

Business development manager Aimee, venue manager Alex, artist Georgia, project manager Laura, executive assistant Sasha and personal trainer Tolyna, all from Victoria.

Event coordinator Eliza, account manager Keira, personal assistant Kiki, yoga instructor Marja, former professional athlete Mia and make-up artist Olena, all from NSW.

Hairdresser Faith, children’s entertainer Janey, swimwear designer Noni and massage therapist Vintaea are from Queensland.

Health promotions officer Megan, communications officer Natalie, support worker Rachael, training administrator Tiffany and real estate agent Nikki are from WA.

Customer support manager Sophie is from South Australia.

Richie said: “When that first girl walks towards me, I’m just hoping I can be a cool cat, smile and not fall over. One of these girls could be someone that I spend the rest of my life with and I can’t wait to meet her. All I can do is be myself.”

Janey said: “If you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you have always got. And I want to fall in love.”

Megan added: “It was a Friday night and I really wanted to go out, but my friends were having nights in with their boyfriends.

“My first thought was to have a desperate Bridget Jones moment in my PJs with a block of cheese hanging out my mouth. Instead, I ended up online applying for The Bachelor Australia.”

TEN is yet to reveal a date, but the series is expected to succeed MasterChef Australia in coming weeks.

  1. I know it’s a bit trashy, I know there are many ‘contestants’, looking for the their 15 minutes of fame and maybe more and of course there will be plenty of unnecessary drama. On paper this should be terrible viewing, but I enjoy every bit of it and I think it’s because for the most part it is a feel good show, as compared to say MKR which seems to be more about hate from what little i’ve seen of it.

  2. Ah, but can any of these ladies compete with my all time favourite: Sam, the rather angry and forthright drunk girl who was rejected by Blake Garvey in his first episode?
She was the one who attempted to interrupt Blake when he was with another sparkly-attired hopeful, was asked to wait, then downed drink after drink while glaring at the pair of them as they continued to flirt with one another just a few feet away.
That’s one way to make your presence felt I suppose…

  3. Oh bless, look not a fame hungry wannabe amongst them at all!!! It is so nice that they are only in it for love!!! ‘Glamour Models’ need love too you know!!
Will I watch it though??? Hell Yeah!!!!
