Another drama which has been available through SBS on Demand gets a broadcast release.

Three-part Canadian drama Tut premieres on SBS 2 this coming Monday night.

Tut is the astounding saga of one of history’s most extraordinary rulers, Tutankhamun – aka King Tut – his rise to power and his struggle to lead Egypt to glory, while his closest advisors, friends and lovers scheme for their own nefarious interests.

Episode One: Night One: Power
Controlled for nearly 10 years by the powerful Vizier Ay and the formidable General Horemheb, Tutankhamun is determined to wrest control of his kingdom – and eliminate those who conspire against him. (Starring: Ben Kingsley, Avan Jogia, Alexander Siddig).
