Davis Cup play-offs on Seven

Seven’s coverage of the Davis Cup play-offs screens on 7TWO and 7mate with commentary by Todd Woodbridge and John Newcombe.

Australia will be aiming to secure a place in the 16-team World Group for the 2017 Davis Cup starting Friday Live on 7TWO, 7mate and the 7Tennis app, facing off against Slovakia.

Captain Lleyton Hewitt will lead the Australian squad of Nick Kyrgios, Bernard Tomic, Sam Groth, John Peers, John Millman and James Duckworth.

Former Davis Cup semi-finalist Miloslav Mecir leads the Slovakian squad of Martin Klizan, Lukas Lacko, Jozef Kovalik, Andrej Martin, Norbert Gombos and Igor Zelaney.

Seven’s broadcast will be hosted by Todd Woodbridge with expert commentary from former Davis Cup star John Fitzgerald.
