Next week ABC2’s Good Game celebrates 10 years on air with a special episode filmed in front of a gaming audience.

Tripod will provide the music, and gaming comedians Andrew Hansen, Jordan Raskopoulos, and Dave Callan are also on hand.

In a special show the Good Game studio will be filled with an audience of gamers, VIPs, games developers and Cosplayers as hosts Bajo (Steven O’Donnell) and Hex (Stephanie Bendixsen) lead a party of special guests through a variety of fun filled games, lively discussion and hilarious highlights of the last ten years.

Video Games are the entertainment medium of our time and millions of Australian’s call themselves gamers. What began a decade ago as a weekly show for ABC2 has grown into a multi-program, multi-platform offering with Good Game Spawn Point made especially for younger gamers watching ABCME, Good Game Pocket, a daily show for gamers who want up to the minute information delivered online via iview, You Tube, Twitch, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook, and Good Game Live performed at Comedy Festivals and Game Related Conventions around the country.

7:30pm Tuesday September 20 on ABC2.

  1. Although I haven’t watched it avidly, it is a fantastic show. Who would of thought it would have grown to two programs on ABC2 & ABC3 and on multiple platforms (Pocket on iView and live on stage) from humble beginnings 10 years ago?
    Was a bit dismayed when Junglist left but Hex has been a great addition… she has her own little show on iView now (How to be a Fan with Hex) and they are very prolific on social media.

    Well done for 10 years, here’s to many more!

  2. A fantastic show – I’ve been a fan for years. Looking forward to the birthday special. Hoping Junglist gets a look in. The current on screen family (Bajo, Hex, Goose, Nichboy and Rad) and the behind the scenes crew have really hit a terrific stride the last two years. Happy birthday, GG!
