Lost in Space casts first roles
Three roles in the Lost in Space reboot have now been cast.

The Netflix reboot of Lost in Space has been busy casting of late.
Toby Stephens from Black Sails will play astrophysicist and expedition commander John Robinson, originally played by Guy Williams.
Taylor Russell (Falling Skies) was recently cast as the Robinsons’ eldest daughter, Judy, originally played by Marta Kristen.
Maxwell Jenkins (Sense8) will play Will, originally played by Billy Mumy.
The 10-episode series was adapted by writers Matt Sazama and Burk Sharpless (Dracula Untold, Last Witch Hunter), and Zack Estrin (Prison Break) will serve as showrunner.
It will appear in 2018.

Interesting, but it has me in two minds as the show is dependent on charisma and will miss the B Grade movie style of Irwin Allen who was a master of his art.
