It’s that time of year again.

Just a few weeks remaining in the ratings year and some of TEN’s big guns, Australian Survivor and The Bachelorette haven’t quite made it to the end of the year, so Jamie Oliver is on the way.

Jamie’s Super Food Family Classics will screen Tuesdays and Wednesdays from November 1.

This is a 2016 series (known as Jamie’s Super Foods on the UK’s Channel 4).

In the season launch of Jamie’s Super Food Family Classics, Jamie continues his super-food journey around the world. His travels take him to Sardinia, where he is amazed by a rare local pasta and the skills needed to create it. In Switzerland, he cycles through stunning scenery to a legendary Swiss chard lunch, and in South Korea he tastes one of 167 types of fermented kimchi, the national dish.

Back home in the UK, Jamie creates a day’s worth of delicious and nutritious recipes, including Pineapple pancake mess.  A breakfast that is such a treat it is hard to believe it is good for you. Two Italian inspired lunch options, Spinach pici pasta and Super greens cannelloni, plus a spicy Korean chicken hotpot for dinner.

7:30pm Tuesday November 1 on TEN.
