Axed: American Gothic

Earlier this week CBS called it quits on American Gothic, which screened in Australia on ELEVEN.

The drama, created by Corinne Brinkerhoff, centred around a prominent Boston family discovering one of them was linked to an infamous string of murders. New Zealander Anthony Starr was amongst the cast.

But the show struggled to find an audience with its highest-rated episode bringing in just under 3.6 million US viewers.
