The Chase Australia is giving massive numbers for 7 news
Nine news is still winning on east coast.
it does show people on the east like Nine news.
Perth and Adelaide seem to like Seven news.
Survivor did pretty well in the demos. After so many episodes after the merge, finally something interesting happened.

Also – and I know probably a little off-topic but unsure where else to ask – does anyone have a reliable news/update on when the main ABC (ABC1 until recently) is due to start broadcasting in HD? It’s the last of the primary FTA channels to remain in SD and it’s nearest equivalent in SBS has been HD for a year now, or maybe even two?
It was due mid year but is now overdue, no date announced. TV Lounge is best destination for off-topic, thx.

Ten would be rather disappointed with the Pt2 numbers for ‘Brock’ – kind of swamped by the range of other options on what’s generally a pretty strong night for both decent viewing options and ratings. Suggest started half an hour too late, which could have put ‘live’ viewers off sticking with a 2hr drama – 11pm finishes are just too late for most on a ‘school night’!
