Richard Wilkins to host A-List interview series

Nine Entertainment Editor, Richard Wilkins, will host a new interview series The A List.
To feature in-depth interviews with international artists, actors and superstars the show is described as being Inside the Actors Studio, promising a deeper, “fine dining experience” that goes beyond the typical promo chat.
Endemol Shine Australia CEO, Mark Fennessy, who worked with Wilkins at MTV Australia, will co-executive produce the series with him.
The 8 part series will air in 2017.

Pass. If it is being intended as a local Inside the Actors Studio I wouldn’t pick Richard Wilkins to host.
If that’s the case I’d much prefer Alex Malley.
So he’ll lob softballs at celebrities for 30mins rather than 5? Sounds riveting.
Considering that these A listers have minders who heavily screen questions it will never be as in depth as it would have been 10 years ago
