Oops. Offsiders is Live from Adelaide without realising it…

"Not how you do things at Channel TEN?" someone asks Waleed Aly, when ABC's sports show leaves its panel live on air from Adelaide.

ABC sports show Offsiders yesterday was broadcasting from Adelaide but host Gerard Whateley and the panel, including Waleed Aly, were seen in ‘off-camera’ moments before they were due to air.

When video packages were supposed to be showing they could be heard chatting.

“Hang up the call and call back,” suggested Aly during a break. “You don’t want to waste money.”

“Not how you do things at Channel TEN?” someone asked.

“How do you think we pay for the chopper?” he replied.

  1. That’s usually what happens when you have a feed of your presenters coming from one location but integration of graphics and videotape is coming from a seperate location….and master control put the wrong location to air.

      1. David Knox”He’s been a regular for many years I believe, as part of ABC News caff back in 2011.”

I know, i am saying he is over-exposed. But then again he has a niche appeal of the ABC/SBS/SJW market
