4 Comments:

  1. Audience numbers were significantly higher in Melbourne than Sydney for almost every program in the top 20, with the notable exception of Crowded House Live At Sydney Opera House. I bet if the concert had been held in Melbourne the Melbourne TV audience would have been a lot higher. Sydney’s audience would not have been affected.

    • I’m actually surprised how low the Crowded House Live figures were. I would have thought this would have easily rated 1.5million+. Would be interested to see how the combined Double J/iview/Facebook/broadcast figures are. I watched it live on Facebook so I didn’t suffer from the broadcast delay on ABC TV. At the peak, there were only 2,900 viewers on the Facebook feed.
