  1. I signed up with the US prime store a month ago based on being able to watch the Grand tour – They have other shows that I can watch on Netflix or another US service I subscribe to. There’s a bit of duplication once you get past original content – but all three combined keeps us amused for less than 40$ month

  2. $US ? Wait for the people to complain about how they thought they were paying $2.99, only to check their bank statement and see $3.50+ go up and down due to the exchange rate charges from banks.

  3. I’m paying $8 a month for Netflix, but they have a big library of content. I’d expect Amazon Prime to be a lot smaller. But I might do it to check out Man In The High Castle

  4. Yeahhhhh, I won’t be paying in US$. Sorry, maybe if they have a consistent set price for Australia, then I would consider joining, but not knowing what the price will be every month, because of currency fluctuations is a real tangible barrier.

  5. Hopefully the Telstra TV and game consoles will get the app soon too.

Being that they’re already made, it’s just a case of flipping the switch for Australia.
