Flooding hits I’m a Celebrity location

"Chewsday Tucker Trial" relocates to the treehouse for the first time in 3 years, as floodwaters hit.

Flood waters have hit the challenge location used in I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here, with waters of around three metres caused by Cyclone Dineo.

Tonight’s Tucker Trial has been relocated to the treehouse set for the first time in 3 seasons.

“Obviously it has flooded the set here and now we are concerned about crocodiles coming down the river and also hippos tend to come in to the side of the rapids and hide,” safety consultant Paul ‘Risky’ Chivers told News Corp.

But TEN head of entertainment and factual Stephen Tate said, “We chose this location with the full knowledge that it was prone to flooding and therefore have contingency plans and alternate locations in place ready to go.”

On last night’s show cast were struggling to maintain spirits as torrents of water lashed their camp.

    1. That’s the whole point of the show .. use to b somebody’s re inventing their profiles .. not the most famous bunch but they got the mix right this year ..best season yet

  1. I wish they would start this show 1/2 an hour earlier. Sometimes its after 9pm before NCIS comes on. They advertise 8.30pm most times, and they know full well it won’t come on till much later. Meanwhile, other channels often start their shows at 8.30pm, thus making NCIS impossible to get higher ratings.

      1. Not exactly the same thing but l get your point. How would any if us fair eating that kind of food or doing the things they endure?? One way to loose weight though…
