Mint Pictures appoints Head of Development
Former development executive at CJZ joins Sydney-based Mint Pictures.

Nia Pericles has been appointed Head of Development at Sydney-based Mint Pictures (Strictly Jewish, The Archibald, Waste Nation, Streets of Your Town).
She comes to Mint following two years as development executive at CJZ. Recent production credits include Bondi Rescue, Exhumed, I Will Survive, Getaway and Felicity’s Mental Mission.
She has held positions at FremantleMedia, ABC, Screentime, Seven Network, National Geographic UK, Electric Pictures, the Nine Network, The Lifestyle Channel and XYZ.
Adam Kay, Mint’s managing director, said: “Nia has outstanding hands-on experience across the industry, and will be a pivotal part of Mint as we grow over the next few years.”
Pericles added: “Mint Pictures is renowned for its high calibre productions, consistently pushing the boundaries and telling globally relevant stories. I am thrilled to be joining Adam & Dan and look forward to playing a key role in developing and shaping their creative output.”
She will commence on Monday February 27.

I didn’t know CJZ produced Getaway ? I thought it was an internal production at Nine ?
It’s not CJZ, but it is a recent production credit.
