  1. From being in the king of Aussie soaps (Neighbours) to a reboot of the king of American ones, gotta admire how well Alan Dale has done for himself over the years. And looks as though he pretty much hasn’t aged a day since he was Jim Robinson.

  2. Dallas tried a return and may have succeeded if Larry Hagman had not been terminally ill, the younger stars did not have the personality to carry the show. The revival of Dynasty will be just anoher addition to the commercial pulp disguised as entertainment, American TV producers must be struggling to find enough formulaic scripts suitable for the extended season shows that usually find favour with picky American audiences

  3. It would be interesting to see Alan Dale in the role of the underling as opposed to the patriarchal and/or authoritarian roles that he usually plays. Here’s hoping that his character doesn’t die of a heart attack again…

    1. It’s not the reboots that’s killing FTA, it’s stupid programming decisions, a heavy reliance on inane reality, delaying new content and blocks of repeated programs.
