The Today show is the most-engaged brand in Australia on Facebook, and ABC News has the most fans.

The Today show is the most-engaged brand in Australia on Facebook according to data issued by OnlineCircleDigital.

It enjoys an “Engagement” ranking of 686,259 based on activity.

ABC News was #5 at 447,096,
7News Sydney was #7 with 363,320
7News Australia was #8 at 343,120
and Sunrise was #10 with 278,052.

MTV Australia, 9 News, SBS News, The Project, and FOX Sports Australia also ranked high.

However ABC News has the most TV fan Facebook pages at 2,835,406 ahead of Bananas in Pyjamas (doubtless boosted by international fans).

In terms of overall TV Show Performance ABC’s Banana in Pyjamas 2,536,027 outranks Today‘s 1,932,365.

The top TV Channel and Network brand went to India’s Hotstar 1,831,263 fans ahead of Channel Nine’s 1,035,947.

“TV Shows” rank only second to “News & Magazines” for overall engagement while “TV Channels and Networks” show the most growth by fans.
