French-Belgian crime Witnesses returns to SBS tonight with a double episode.

Starring Marie Dompnier and Audrey Fleurot, this premiered in France in June.

Directed by Herve Hadmar, Witnesses continues with a second season. Marie Dompnier reprises her role as detective Sandra Winckler in season two, alongside actress Audrey Fleurot (Spiral). The first crime the duo need to solve is the death of 15 men – they’re frozen and sitting on a bus. The only thing each of them has in common is an amnesiac woman named Catherine Keemer.

Sandra tries to find out where the bus came from. when she looks into past disappearances, she finds a similar case: a dead man found in an abandoned bus 10 years earlier.
