ABC South-East Asia correspondent Adam Harvey has been hit in the neck by a bullet while working in the Philippines, CNN reports.
CNN reported that Harvey was within the Provincial Capitol Compound in Marawi, which is considered a safe zone, when he was struck by a stray bullet while taking photos of evacuees.
He was taken for treatment and said to be not seriously injured, but requires surgery.
