Season 2 of Flaked starring Will Arnett begins on Netflix tomorrow.

There are six episodes, two less than Season 1.

Flaked is a dry human comedy about a slice of life centered on Chip, a celebrated long-time resident of the insular world of Venice, California who falls for the object of his best friend’s fascination. Soon the tangled web of half-truths and semi-bullshit that underpins his all-important image and sobriety begins to unravel. Will Arnett plays Chip, a man doing his honest best to stay one step ahead of his own lies.

Friday June 2 on Netflix.

  1. Flaked was…. okay. My issue is Will Arnett’s character just felt waaaaay too similar to his animated horse character BoJack Horseman, who although they are both rather depressed and down on their luck, at least BoJack can give you a few laughs along the way as well.

    I also didn’t like the “twist” at the end of the first season. Started to stray too far into bad soap opera territory for me.

    Still, I’ll give the second season a shot.
