    1. Yep and the US average wage is lower than ours with a bigger population, always one of the tough things here for PPV’s, the cost for satellite time vs a 24 million population of which a couple of hundred thousand will watch. As a note the cost was also $59.95 on Fetch TV, which of course was being broadcast via the Fetch TV box over the internet, so what the promoters of the fight were charging played a big part here. It was €25 (AU$37.60) in Ireland, £20 (AU$32.50) in the UK, so they had a reasonable price for it but again the population to support it and with McGregor in likely more sign ups.

  1. It’s also available to purchase on fetch. but some people on the fetch Facebook page say there gonna take there box out of their house and take it to their mates house and play it there. Don’t know if that’s a legal gray area or not.

  2. I’ve got the fight ordered…
but its funny that foxtel thinks it some “big player” in the pay tv market…

illegal IPTV streams will come from the likes of BT2 (who everyone steals the UFC PPV’s from), sky UK, or probably directly from the USA.

why would people be wasting their time “pirating” foxtels PPV when those that do it, go directly to the source

    1. Exactly my thoughts. The only reason Foxtel was involved last time was because it was an Australian fight between 2 Aussie fighters. Would be very surprised if anyone was streaming Foxtels coverage of an international fight. Kinda pointless. There will be hundreds of international streams that will save you $59.95
