Former Home and Away actor Martin Lynes has been found guilty of aggravated sexual assault inflicting actual bodily harm.

He was found not guilty of another sexual assault charge and a physical assault charge, in the Gosford District Court today.

Lynes, 50, was accused of attacking a woman at two homes in Bateau Bay, on the NSW Central Coast, in 2015 and 2016. He had pleaded not guilty to all three charges.

Following his career on Home and Away, All Saints, McLeod’s Daughters, Blue Water High, Packed to the Rafters, and Police Rescue, Lynes had been working as a real estate agent on the Central Coast.
