Upcoming ABC comedy Get Krack!n will need a new US home with NBCUniversal closing down its comedy streaming platform Seeso.
“We’re writing to let you know that later this year, Seeso will be shutting its comedy doors,” the company wrote on its Facebook page this week.
Seeso, which launched in 2015, follows staff layoffs in June. During its run it has featured The UCB Show, HarmonQuest, Bajillion Dollar Propertie$, Johnny!, Take My Wife and more.
ABC shows including Fancy Boy and Soul Mates have also featured on Seeso. Get Krack!n has been devised with a US audience as part of the brief.
Last year news that Pivot was closing came ahead of the final season of Please Like Me.
ABC sources suggest Get Krack!n will have a new US home soon.
