Renewed: Will & Grace

TV just can't get enough of 4 pals and a truckload of zingers.

The Will & Grace revival has been renewed for a second season.

The returning season, which will screen in Australia on Stan, has also won a further 4 episodes, lifting it to 16.

“It felt good. Why wouldn’t we want to do this?” said co-creator David Kohan.

“We all came together and read and it felt like coming home,” star Debra Messing added. “We laughed so hard. For the last year, it’s been a confusing time and I haven’t laughed very much, and to come back together and to laugh out loud and to be surprised by one another and to have new stories to tell and to have another opportunity to do it, it’s a no-brainer.”

  1. I’m a little concerned about this, the depiction of gay people on TV has come a long way since W&G ended and I hope the writers and producers reflect that in this new series

    1. No. It premieres September 28. NBC are just following the cable method of renewing a show for another season before it premieres as they expect it to be a big hit.
