Rebel Wilson pocketed $200,000 for The Big Music Quiz

Court documents reveal just how high Seven pays for a celebrity panel appearance fee.

The Rebel Wilson courtcase has revealed how much the star was paid from her movie and television appearances.

The Herald Sun reports Justice John Dixon’s 136-page judgment details how little she was paid for her early Hollywood roles.

But there is rare evidence of a whopping pay packet from Seven for her two episodes of The Big Music Quiz, at a total fee of $200,000 for a day’s work.

Not bad for a show that isn’t returning.

I’m guessing fellow panelists including Joel Creasey, Tommy Little, Tom Williams and Sam Mac were nowhere near that range for their appearances (you boys so need better agents!), although in fairness they are yet to make Hollywood appearances.

Also revealed:

Bridesmaids: $US3000 ($A3759).
Pitch Perfect: $US165,000 ($A206,719)
Ice Age: Continental Drift: $US70,000 ($A87,699)
What to Expect When You’re Expecting: $US75,000 ($A93,963)
Bachelorette: $US45,000 ($A56,378)
Struck By Lightning: $US20,000 ($A25,056)
Small Apartments: $US5000 ($A6264)

However it also details her own sitcom Super Fun Night in 2013-14 netted her about $US2 million and the Pitch Perfect sequel in 2015 ($US4.1 million). She is set to be paid between $US5 million and $US6 million ($A6.3 million-$A7.5 million) for Pitch Perfect 3, due for release in December.

Yesterday Rebel Wilson was awarded $4.56m in damages which she said would go to charity, scholarships and Australian film production.
