Auditions: ‘Family Food History’

ABC is hunting for a Sydney family for a series looking back at food and our social history.

Not to be confused with Family Food Fight, ABC and Warner Bros. are casting for a series in which a family looks back at food to understand our social history.

Under the working title Family Food History (expect that to change!), the series is looking for a Sydney-based “modern, diverse Australian family.”

Applicant families must have at least two children aged 8 and over, be living at home and available during filming from mid January to the end of March.

“You’ll need to have a sense of adventure and be willing to use your own home for the series,” the casting notice advises.

Applications close midnight, 8th December, 2017.

  1. A Australian take on “Back In Time for Dinner” (from the BBC, aired by Foxtel) by the looks of it… Hopefully, they can get the rights to use the “Back in Time for Dinner” name in Australia, when it airs.
