Oops. Screen Time for kids?

"M" or "G" rated? ABC's new show about TV & Movies appears to be a bit confused over its classification.

Memo to ABC’s new Screen Time.

A pretty important rule about screen content is getting your classification right.

ABC’s website is a tad confused about whether the show is suitable for the kiddies or not, indicating both M and G classification.

  1. From the description and running time, the confusion seems to be between two different shows of the same name rather than whether the film & TV review show should be M or G-rated.

        1. As there’s no legal restriction for TV, only advisory, technically “children” (under 15s according to ACMA) can view “M” programs.

If their parents deem them as “mature audiences” (I’d imagine that varies between 12 & 14 years of age)?
