ABC has confirmed the return of favourite shows for 2018.

Included in the copy of ABC’s new Comedy channel there was official confirmation of favourite shows for 2018.
Gruen, Shaun Micallef’s Mad As Hell, The Weekly with Charlie Pickering will all return to ABC’s primary channel.
Also screening will be Black Comedy and the Melbourne International Comedy Festival 2018, Squinters, Back in Very Small Business.
Sando is a new family comedy that follows the trials of lovable larrikin Victoria ‘Sando’ Sandringham and Corey White’s Road Map to Paradise tackles the big issues of the day and aims to solve them.

Entertainment not Comedy, but I think you can be confident.
Gruen renewed the year before? WTF is happening?
Now that ABC Comedy screens 52 weeks a year (starting on December), I think we should have 52 weeks of Mad as Hell.
I second that motion.
Release Kracken 52 weeks of the year please.
I agree as well but am thinking will Shaun Micallef want to host 52 shows in one year.
This is what I would do.
26 episodes of Mad As Hell each year and 26 episodes of The Weekly+ one ep of The Yearly each year.
These programs are all fantastic but Mad As Hell is the best upbeat comedy .

When is the complete 2018 ABC upfronts?
That should cover everything ABC related.
They don’t always have one as they don’t have advertisers. But they will announced 2018 shows probably before December.
