Happy Halloween. Mick Taylor is back in Season 2 on Stan from December 15.

Season 2 of Wolf Creek will air on Stan from December 15.

Appearing alongside John Jarratt is are Tess Haubrich (Alien: Covenant), Matt Day (Rake, Paper Giants, Underbelly, Kiss or Kill), Ben Oxenbould (Comedy Inc, The Kettering Incident, The Code), Laura Wheelwright (Animal Kingdom), Charlie Clausen (Home & Away) Stephen Hunter (The Hobbit, The Leftovers) and Chris Haywood (Shine, Muriel’s Wedding).

Nine is cleverly screening the first season from this Thursday, no doubt to drive interest in the second season on Stan.

A group of international tourists embarks on the Outback adventure of a lifetime, but a chance encounter with trigger-happy pig hunter Mick Taylor (John Jarratt) sets them on a journey none of them could have imagined.

Joining creator, director and showrunner Greg McLean are AACTA award winning directors Kieran Darcy-Smith (Wish You Were Here, Jack Irish) and Geoff Bennett (The Secret Daughter, Love Child, Brock) who each directed two episodes of the six-part drama series.

Produced by Lisa Scott (Anzac Girls, Janet King) and Kerrie Mainwaring (The Secret Daughter, Peter Allen: Not The Boy Next Door) with Rory Callaghan, Greg Haddrick, Greg McLean, Nick Forward and Rob Gibson as executive producers, Wolf Creek Season 2 is a Screentime, a Banijay Group company, production in association with Emu Creek Pictures, financed with the assistance of the South Australian Film Corporation.
