Apparently NBC Today host Matt Lauer drags up every Halloween (….only in America).

In the past he has been JLo, Paris Hilton and Pamela Anderson.

This year he garbed up as Dolly Parton, with a few tips from the icon herself, to perform Islands in the Stream with Savannah Guthrie as Kenny Rogers.

Carson Daly showed up as Billy Ray Cyrus, Kathie Lee Gifford was Miley Cyrus, Al Roker was Willie Nelson and Megyn Kelly was Shania Twain.

Oh the horrors…..
