Sophie Monk unsure about Love Island

No more reality right now, says Sophie, but a travel show would do nicely.

Bachelorette Sophie Monk has indicated she would prefer to do a travel show next, rather than more Reality TV.

She told Lisa Wilkinson at the Huffington Post she was keen to do a travel show with her gay best friend and producer Oscar Gordon.

“I think I’m done with (reality shows)… I’ll do my own travel show, reality style. I really loved the experience but I think I’m done now,” she said.

Asked whether she was doing Love Island for Nine, she is happy to sit back for now.

“I’m not signed to anything,” she said.

“Would you be interested in that?” Wilkinson asked.

“I don’t know,” Monk replied. “There’s a few shows people have asked me to do.”

Love Island is to be produced by ITV Studios for 9GO! and filmed in Spain.

Over the lengthy chat she also named Luke, James, Brett, Jarryd & Stu as the blokes she had chemistry with (which is a surprise given Apollo made it so far). But she also denied producers influenced who was sent home.

        1. Sure. And it could also be written the way it was. But to add further explanation, in the video she was talking about how straight & gay friends behave. I’m comfy it was part of her pitch, but the language was very Sophie.
