Chris heads to Christmas Island to explore one of the world’s natural wonders. Around Christmas each year, millions of red crabs descend from the islands forests to lay their eggs. He also explores some extraordinary dive spots, including the Thundercliff.

Renovation Rescue With Barry Du Bois: Christmas Reno (Newcastle)
This Christmas, Barry and the team are coming to the rescue of a family in need. Marianne and her six children sadly lost their husband and father in a tragic drowning accident just over a year ago. The family home has fallen into disrepair since Stephen’s passing, especially the rumpus room and back deck. Marianne’s main concern is the children’s safety when they play on the severely sloping block that leads to the bottom of their garden. Barry sets to work on the house and yard to bring a little cheer to this family for this Christmas.

Food With Miguel Maestre: Christmas Food – Exodus Foundation
Miguel drops into the Exodus Foundation’s Loaves and Fishes centre to create a Christmas feast for hundreds of hungry people. The centre is run by the inspirational Reverend Bill Crews, who welcomes Miguel’s help with open arms. Miguel makes two inexpensive delicious dishes that can be made for a small or large gathering. Together he and Bill spread the Christmas spirit far and wide.
