More doubts about Pulse returning

While ABC is yet to clarify the future for new medical drama Pulse, one of the cast members has doubts it will return.

“I just don’t know whether that’s going to go again,” Susie Porter recently told TV Tonight.

“I haven’t spoken to Peter (Andrikidis, director) who I am mates with. I don’t know about it… some people didn’t really like it.

“It was pretty wonderful to be working with those actors. I loved working with them.

“But I just don’t think it got the traction. Obviously there is catch-up but….”

Porter however has more film and TV projects on the way including Ladies in Black and Picnic at Hanging Rock plus one unannounced role.

  1. Didn’t watch Pulse but a lot of the reviews weren’t great.
    I’m sure Susie was excellent as she always is though.
    Looking forward to seeing her in Picnic At Hanging Rock as she’s one of my favourite actors.

  2. It would be nice to see Pulse renewed. She was underrated in that. I felt she needed to be like Jac Naylor from Holby City or Bailey from early seasons of Grey’s.
