Nine News hosts at Carols by Candlelight (Perth)

Louise Momber and Michael Thomson will host Carols by Candlelight for Variety WA at Langley Park on Sunday.

The event includes Damien Leith, Harrison Craig, Suzie Mathers, Chris Murphy, Courtney Murphy, Nine News reporter Jerrie Demasi and Georgia from The Block.

But it won’t be broadcast on air.

“IGA Carols by Candlelight for Variety is my favourite event of the year. It’s so wonderful seeing all the WA families come together to celebrate such a special tradition,” Momber said.

“Since I started hosting Carols I’ve welcomed two daughters into the world. Seeing Christmas through the eyes of little ones is the best. It just gets more magical every year,” she said.

Michael Thomson added: “This is an incredible event, staged on one of the greatest parks by the Swan River. What a joy it is to see the kids’ faces light up when they see Santa arriving on stage.”

The free event begins at 7pm with gates open from 3pm.
