The US Masters Tournament at Augusta National Golf Club is headed from Seven back to Nine.

Wide World of Sports has secured the free to air rights coverage from April 5-8 and streaming rights, to feature three additional live video channels on 9Now: Featured Groups, Amen Corner, and Holes 15 and 16.

FOX Sports will also screen the Tournament on Pay TV.

Nine’s Director of Sport, Tom Malone, says: “We are incredibly proud to be partnering with Augusta National Golf Club to once again broadcast the Masters on Wide World of Sports in Australia.

The Masters is the most premium golfing event on the sporting calendar, which aligns perfectly with Nine’s sporting rights and corporate strategy.

“While the Masters is no longer on the anti-siphoning list, our partnership with Augusta National to make free-to-air coverage available to viewers illustrates our shared goal of bringing the Masters to all Australians.”
