Production underway for Buying Blind

Nine show is looking over properties in Dee Why, Frenchs Forest or Allambie Heights.

Nine’s new Buying Blind is currently buying properties ahead of filming.

The Endemol Shine series sees couples let experts buy properties with their own savings.

The production company has power of attorney to buy on behalf of the contestants and they are looking for a short settlement.

A spokeswoman for Channel Nine confirmed Buying Blind was in production and houses were being bought all over Australia.

“They are just buying the properties now,” she told News Corp.

“There may be one of the six on the northern beaches.”

One of the couples wants a house on the northern beaches and scouts have been attending auctions and trying to buy an old house either in Dee Why, Frenchs Forest or Allambie Heights that can be renovated.

In 2018, Nine unveils the most ground-breaking property show on Australian television. Couples searching for their dream home will hand over their life savings to three experts, trusting them to take over the biggest decision of their lives. Amazing transformations and edge-of-your-seat drama make Buying Blind the new high-stakes property thriller.
