Renewed: Drunk History

Warped US comedy Drunk History has been renewed for a sixth season.

Comedy Central has ordered 16 episodes, up from its standard 14.

“They say history is written by the victors, but after five seasons, it’s now clear that it is best told by drunken comedians,” Comedy Central president Kent Alterman said.

Recent guest stars have included Josh Charles, John Cho, Anthony Edwards, Ben Folds, Dave Grohl, Tony Hale, Colin Hanks, Jack McBrayer, Michael McKean, Patton Oswalt, Mary Lynn Rajskub, Jason Ritter, Taylor Schilling, Liev Schreiber, Gabourey Sidibe, and Allison Tolman.
