Returning: Destination WA

WA travel show returns for its sixth season for Perth viewers.

Destination WA returns for its sixth season for Perth viewers, presented by Trevor Cochrane.

“There’s never been a better time to showcase exciting WA. With so many people choosing to rediscover WA we are thrilled to visit some incredible holiday destinations across this enormous state,” Cochrane said.

“Few people realise this state is a third of the whole of the Australian continent and there is so much to see. We have vastly differing landscapes, from ancient rainforests in the south to rugged gorges in the north, from the red dirt that’s the spirit in some ways of our golden outback to our pristine coastline.

“What a terrific opportunity to showcase beautiful WA – a program produced by passionate West Australians in Western Australia and shared with the rest of the country.”

Episode 1
Destination WA returns and starts with a walking tour through the rejuvenated Perth City. Trevor Cochrane visits Horizontal Falls in the Kimberley while Chrissy Morrissey experiences the traditional culture of the South-West before swimming with wild dolphins just outside of Perth in Rockingham.

Episode 2
This week on Destination WA, Trevor Cochrane explores the Giant Tides of Cygnet Bay. We visit two of Australia’s best beaches, feed wild dolphins and explore hidden caves of the Kimberley.

Sunday, February 4, at 5.30pm on Nine (Perth).
