Returning: Gotham

Season 4 of Gotham begins on FOX8 later this month.

The first half of the season was inspired by the comic book story Batman: The Long Halloween, and the second half by Batman: Year One. The subtitle for the first half of the season is A Dark Knight.

This screened in the US in September.

The origin stories of Gotham are now closer than ever on FOX8! With the Court of Owls annihilated, the aftermath of the Tetch virus bringing the city to its knees, and every villain remaining in Gotham’s underworld vying for power, Jim Gordon and the Police department will have their hands full and that’s just the beginning! Is Ra’s al Ghul a threat and will Penguin re-gain his claim as King of Gotham? Tune in to uncover what new villains are in store for season four, and discover what Bruce Wayne’s season 3 finale means for Gotham City and his ultimate destiny.

Mondays from February 26 at 8.30pm on FOX8.

  1. Agreed. It’s nice for FOX8 to treat it with some form of respect. I enjoyed the double eps but am ok with the fact we are going straight into season 4 – we will eventually catch up!

  2. Excellent! Thought this might occur after they started airing double eps for the latter part of season 3. Fox8 have done an excellent job of getting to within 11 eps of the States after the ridiculous treatment from 9.

David, was there any word on whether these would be single or double episodes?
