Returning: Fear the Walking Dead

Post-apocalyptic drama returns in mid-April, with a Walking Dead cross-over.

Post-apocalyptic US drama Fear the Walking Dead returns for a fourth season in mid-April, with a Walking Dead cross-over.

The series will premiere ad-break free on Showcase, same day as the US, on Monday April 16 at 2:30pm with an 8:30pm repeat. Note the time changes a week later.

In a first for the series, episode one will see the long awaited cross over with hit series The Walking Dead, when Lennie James’ character Morgan Jones appears in the storyline bridging the two series together.

In season four of Fear the Walking Dead, we will see the world of Madison Clark (Kim Dickens) and her family through the eyes of Morgan Jones (Lennie James). The characters’ immediate past mixes with an uncertain present of struggle and discovery as they meet new friends, foes and threats. They fight for each other, against each other, and against a legion of the dead to somehow build an existence against the crushing pressure of lives coming apart. There will be darkness and light; terror and grace; the heroic, mercenary, and craven, all crashing together towards a new reality for Fear the Walking Dead.

Produced by AMC Studios, Fear the Walking Dead is executively produced by Scott M. Gimple, showrunners Andrew Chambliss and Ian Goldberg, as well as Robert Kirkman, David Alpert, Gale Anne Hurd and Greg Nicotero.

2:30pm Monday April 16 (8.30pm repeat) on Showcase.
