SKY News coverage of ANZAC Day will begin at 1am, and include Live commemorations in Australia, New Zealand, France and Turkey.
The day of national remembrance begins at 1:00am with Sky News Political Editor David Speers Live from France for the opening of the Sir John Monash Centre at Villers-Bretonneux, a new memorial to commemorate the ANZAC centenary and the Australians who served on the Western Front during the First World War.
From 4.30am First Edition co-anchors Kieran Gilbert and Brooke Corte will lead coverage of the Sydney Dawn Service followed by the Canberra Dawn Service at 5:30am.
Then at 10:30am Live coverage of the National ANZAC Day Ceremony in Canberra, including the official march, commemorative address and wreath laying ceremony.
At 12:30pm the Sky News team will take viewers Live to Anzac Cove for the Gallipoli Dawn Service followed by Live coverage of the Villers-Bretonneux Dawn Service from 1:30pm.
David Speers will host two special editions of Speers Live from Villers-Bretonneux, France on Tuesday 24 April and Wednesday 25 April at 4:00pm.
Australia’s Public Affairs Channel (A-PAC, Ch 648) will feature encore presentations of ANZAC Day ceremonies throughout the day.
