Let’s hope there are no babies from hell this time around. Murphy Brown was great until she inexplicably became pregnant and the baby was introduced. That killed the show and it ended soon after.
Actually Avery (the baby) came along at the end of season 4, so they have 6 more seasons. I agree the show suffered later on, maybe S9 or S10 but still a great show and one of the best around! I’m sure Avery will have to play some part in the shows return.
Fraser or Everyone Loves Raymond could make a come back. Some shows are simply timeless…
Both Peter Boyle and John Mulroney are dead now.
Sorry-John Maloney!
This is one revival I am really looking forward to. Murphy Brown was a fantastic show.
So it is remake after remake after remake. Can’t Hollywood think of original ideas?
There are original ideas announced every week and I file many of them. We need another argument.
Agreed.
Loved Murphy Brown! Think this show coming back now is so timely with the advent of “fake news”.
