Elementary with Jonny Lee Miller and Lucy Liu has been renewed by CBS for a seventh season.

Life in Pieces is heading into its fourth season whilst Matt LeBlanc comedy Man With a Plan has won a third season.

Bob’s Burgers has also been renewed for a ninth season. The eighth season averaged 2.37m but rises to 8.1m in Live +7 days.

Fresh Off the Boat, which debuts here on FOX8, following a Taiwanese family in the US heads to a fifth season. It has been 3.8m viewers in Live+Same Day.

Speechless, with Minnie Driver, has been renewed for a third season after averaging 4.3m viewers.

    1. Yeah they did in November last year when they extended the initial 13 episode season to 21.

As in CBS looked at there books and well:

“Elementary has not been a strong linear performer the last couple of seasons but it remains a major profit generator for CBS with lucrative off-network and international deals that fetch in as much as $3 million total per episode. CBS Corp. CEO Les Moonves used Elementary as an example of a program ownership success story, telling investors that the show had made approximately an $80 million profit for the corporation.”

  1. Great news for Instinct which hasn’t even started here yet. Glad to hear Elementary has been renewed. God knows when 10 will show it, they were very late with the last season.

      1. Yeah I can’t remember if it finished last season. It was on over Christmas so they would throw in repeats & you would lose track.
