Report: Seven suspends sports reporter

Seven sports reporter Josh Massoud has been suspended pending an internal investigation, according to the Daily Telegraph.

The article alleges an incident took place between the NRL expert and a regional reporter after a story under embargo was published early to social media.

Massoud reportedly attended a meeting with his lawyers, Seven HR representatives and Seven’s Sydney News Director Jason Morrison yesterday.

Massoud is also a regular on ABC’s Offsiders.

A Seven spokesperson declined to comment.
