Dr Chris Brown travels to the Hawaiian island of Kauai, where he makes a house call to the world’s oldest gardener – the giant tortoise. To get to his patient, Chris takes a helicopter ride over the stunning Na Pali coast before landing at Jurassic Falls. From here, he sets out on a rugged ATV ride to the Kipu Ranch until he arrives at his final destination – a sinkhole that holds the blueprints to a bygone Hawaiian ecosystem.

Declutter king, Peter Walsh, reveals the 5 different types of clutterers. From the ‘behind closed doors’ to the ‘I might need it someday’ hoarders, Peter helps identify what type of clutterer you are, and shares his top tips and tricks to overcome the hoarding itch.

In Honolulu, Miguel Maestre barters for the perfect tuna at the local fish markets, which he then turns into delicious, healthy and authentic Poke and Barry Du Bois meets up with master surfboard maker Pat Rawson where he learns the secret art of surfboard shaping.
