Who knew? Simon Cowell discussed Russell Crowe judging Australia’s Got Talent.

Russell Crowe was seen sitting in the audience of the latest Britain’s Got Talent episode.

The semi-final has just gone to air in the UK, ahead of where Nine is screening the series in Australia.

Crowe has been discussing becoming a BGT judge with Simon Cowell after they enjoyed dinner together.

On the companion show Britain’s Got More Talent Cowell told Stephen Mulhern, “He actually talked to me about being a judge on Australia’s Got Talent.”

When asked if he would accept Crowe to his panel, he replied: “What do you think?”

Australia’s Got Talent ran variously from 2007 to 2016 with judges including Dannii Minogue, Dawn French, Kelly Osbourne, Geri Halliwell,  Red Symons, Eddie Perfect, Kyle Sandilands, Dicko, Sophie Monk and Timomatic.
