AFL players to guest host FOX Footy shows

AFL players will take over FOX Footy shows next week.

AFL players including Patrick Dangerfield, Joel Selwood, Alex Rance, Mason Cox and Ben Brown will take over FOX Footy shows from Monday.

FOX Footy shows include AFL 360, On The Couch, Bob, On The Mark, The Weekend Lowdown, Saturday Stretch, The Beep Test, and Bounce.

Other players to feature include Ben Brown, Tayla Harris, Jack Riewoldt, Jordan Lewis, Sabrina Frederick-Traub, Katie Brennan, David Zaharakis, Dale Thomas, Sam Docherty, Jack Higgins, Isaac Smith, Michael Barlow, Hamish Hartlett, Lauren Arnell, Paddy Dow, Majak Daw, Patrick Cripps, Marcus Bontempelli, Josh Jenkins, Shaun Burgoyne.

It continues until the end of round 17 on Sunday 15th July.

It all kicks off when On The Couch regulars Jonathan Brown, Garry Lyon and Paul Roos are rested on the bench, and host Gerard Healy is joined by Geelong Brownlow Medallist Patrick Dangerfield, Melbourne captain Nathan Jones, and GWS co-captain Phil Davis.

Jack Riewoldt and Jordan Lewis will do their very best Gerard Whateley and Mark “Robbo” Robinson impressions as they takeover the hosting gig on Tuesday’s AFL 360.

Episode four of Bob Murphy’s new show, Bob, will go one-on-one with Lions power forward Sabrina Frederick-Traub, while On The Mark host Sarah Jones will be joined by AFLW stars, Katie Brennan and Lauren Arnell, as they discuss the more personal stories of the game.

Bounce host Jason Dunstall and Danny “Spud” Frawley will welcome Isaac Smith to the team, as Alex Rance and Mason Cox take on a ‘Yesterday’s Heroes’ challenge. Young-gun Jack Higgins will treat everyone with a few snags on the barbecue.

Tayla Harris is among the players taking on comedians Dave Thornton,Lehmo, and Lawrence Mooney for the season return of comedy quiz show The Beep Test.

Ben Brown, Sam Docherty, Bernie Vince, Selwood and Dangerfield are among the many who will takeover game day panels and boundaries for Thursday Night Footy on Fox, Friday Night Footy on Fox, Super Saturday, and Sunday Footy on Fox.

Regular FOX FOOTY experts Eddie McGuire, Neroli Meadows, Nick Riewoldt, Dermott Brereton, David King, Kelli Underwood, Ben Dixon, and Cam Mooney will take a back-seat during the round while big name players will show off their skills of a different variety.
