Returning: Catalyst

Catalyst returns to ABC soon with a special 2-part series, “Feeding Australia” revealing key breakthroughs in science and technology that will shape what we might be eating in the coming decades.

Former River Cottage Australia host and chef Paul West is joined by Nutritionist Professor Clare Collins and Dr Noby Leong as they travel across Australia to meet the growers and scientists who are wrestling with the question of how we grow tasty and nutritious food as Australia’s population continues to grow.
